I have worked in university settings, supporting young adults navigating the challenges of academic life, mental health, and addiction. I understand the unique pressure facing young people including adjustment stressors, social anxiety, and the pervasive influence of technology.

Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of healthcare settings, gaining a diverse range of skills and insights that inform my practice. I also have considerable experience in addressing anxiety, low mood, stress, adjustment difficulties, and general life dissatisfaction.
