I have extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with gambling, substance use, and technology-related addictions, as well as those navigating self-doubt, low mood, and life transitions.
I’ve worked across a range of settings, including universities, where I’ve helped young adults manage the pressures of study, social connection, and the impact of technology on wellbeing. My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based interventions.
